I finish work in Circular Quay at 8pm tonight and am meeting up with an old friend for a beer. I was thinking Ivy, but can anyone recommend anything in walking distance that's not scary? Something cosy, not too gaudy. But not Angel Bar.

- on a weeknight (a tuesday night, specifically) what time does the headline band usually come on/finish if there's only 2 bands playing?
- what are spectrum like with photographers without a photo pass? will they let me in with a digital SLR?
